1º- Don't be lazy: read the Decalogue!

2º- We hope you enjoy the stay in this old mill of olive oil and that everything is of your pleasure.

3º- There are chimneys in all the apartments for the guests´ use as well as in the common living room called El Altozano. In the firewood store you will find all the firewood you may need. However, it is good to remind you that the less wood wasted, the more our Dehesas will thank it.

4º- You may have noticed that there are restored old objects in all the stays. We hope you like and admire them, and please, take care of them.

5º- Don't forget that you are in a privileged natural environment. Go for a walk in the countryside or request the use of our horses. You will enjoy it.

6º- The gastronomy of the area is absolutely delicious. Try the different typical dishes such as migas, caldereta, meats of Iberian grilled pig ... and don't forget to have these meals with a good wine (vino de pitarra).

7º- Take advantage of the visits to different industries of artisans that we can offer: meat industry of the Iberian pig, artisan tiles factory, artisan ceramics...

8º- Try to start a conversation with people from the village, and if they are elderly people, you may have the chance to attend to very wise lessons.

9º- Whenever you need something, don't hesitate to ask us. If it is in our hand, we will provide it to you. We are open to any suggestion or constructive criticism.

10º- Forget the city; take a rest, relax and enjoy. Simply have a happy stay in The Mill of Jeromo.
